Hi, I want to welcome to the Riverside Church Hoddesdon webpage. Riverside is a vibrant church that seeks to help all people to follow Jesus in the 21st century. God desires to bring transformation to our lives so that we live with wholeness and purpose that come from only from Him. We have many different events and activities that explore and enable you to grow in God. You are warmly invited to visit and journey with us to explore your relationship with God.

Presence Seeking

Riverside should a church of believers who walk intimately with God, carrying his presence and having signs and wonders in their lives because they live for Jesus, they live through the Holy Spirit and live in the Fathers love. Living in His presence free us from bondage, brings healing and empowers us for discipleship and mission.

Disciple Making

Discipleship is a lifelong process of being transformed and brought to maturity as followers of Jesus. Maturity is the goal of discipleship; Jesus' Great command is that believers love God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength and discipleship is the way to fulfil his command..

Mission Living

The Father's mission is that through Jesus He would save a world separated from him and this is a mission he chooses his church to accomplish. Jesus' Great commission is to make disciples of ALL nations and Riverside is called to be a community living as missionaries who fulfil Christ's great commission together and fulfil God's purpose for their own lives.
